Growfis is an AI assistant and control panel for e-commerce stores: it connects Shopify, Meta Ads, Shiprocket, GA4 and Search Console, answers questions from your live data, and performs actions you ask for. Destructive actions (cancellations, refunds, order closes) are never executed directly by the agent — they are staged and require your explicit one-click approval in the dashboard, with the approver recorded.
You must own or be authorized to manage the store and ad accounts you connect. You’re responsible for the instructions you (and your team members) give the agent and for reviewing approval requests before confirming them.
New stores get a 30-day free trial with full access and no card required. After the trial, the service is offered at simple flat pricing communicated to you before the trial ends. AI inference for the Claude Code plugin runs on your own Claude plan, billed by Anthropic, not by us.
Don’t use the service to violate the terms of the connected platforms (Shopify, Meta, Shiprocket, Google, Anthropic), to access stores you don’t control, or for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.
The agent computes from your live data but can be wrong; approval gates exist so you stay in control. The service is provided “as is” — to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months. We are not responsible for decisions of the connected platforms (ad rejections, courier performance, API changes).
You can disconnect your store and stop using the service anytime; we can terminate for breach of these terms. On termination we delete your credentials and, on request, your data (see the Privacy Policy).
